Re: Loadrunner Controller with terminal session mode

Hi,

Can you please translate the error you get?

Did you review this blog post?

Note that using terminal services is effective only with Load Generators that has relatively strong HW. The main intent is to bypass the GDI resource limit of a single Windows session.

Shlomi

Re: Loadrunner Controller with terminal session mode

Hello,

The message says:

ErrorTerminalSession1.PNG

Did you review this blog post? Yes, we saw this blog, but the error message is always displayed.

We need to use this method because the limit objects GDI per session affects response times with SAP GUI protocol.

Do you know the solution of this problem?

Regards,

Antonio

Re: Loadrunner Controller with terminal session mode

Hi,

Based on this troubleshooting post it looks like a permission issue. Can you go over the recommended steps they proposed there to resolve it?

Can you try conencting to the Load Generator machines manually and choose connect to existing sessions instead of creating new ones? If you get the same error when you connect manually the issue is most likely related to the user permissions as stated in the post I have shared above

Shlomi
