Re: Loadrunner version 12.53 recording Citrix version 7.6 encounter a digital certificate issue.

Hello,

It looks like pure Web-protocol issue. To make sure, please try to record single-protocol WebHTTP script against this URL. I suppose there is no Client Authenticatiuon certificate installed on the machine (or it is not installed properly). When you're connecting this site without LoadRunner, are you prompted by Internet Explorer to choose a client certificate? What is the version of Windows and IE on your Vugen machine?

Hi,

Try with ICA protocol and let me know whether you are facing the same problem.

For downloading the ICA file, Righ Click on the Citrix Blue Screen Window where you open the Citrix Machine. And select "Save Target As" option. save tje file with ICA as extension.
