Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime error - Vugen 11.6 - Trial version

Hi Experts,

I am facing an issue while recording a script in IE.

Error Message: Microsoft visual c++ Runtime error JIT must be enabled.

Vugen Version : 11.60 Trial version

OS: Windows 10, 64 bit

IE - IE 11, 64 bit

Work around: DEP is already on

Changed IE 11, 64 bit to IE 11, 32 bit

McAfee, added a rule in outbound.

Still not working. Please suggest me what else can be done.

Regards

Re: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime error - Vugen 11.6 - Trial version

Hello  Rekha1_PT,

I hope you doing great,

Based on the description could you please confirm the Version of Vugen that you are using?

As well the DEP needs to be disabled.

Could you please check if User Experience Virtualization installed in the machine, This package causes issues with Vugen if so please disable it and let me know the outcome.

Thanks,

Kind Regards

Hi Team,

User Experience Virtualisation is not installed and I am unable to disable DEP since it is protected by secure boot policy.
