Missing online Help information in version 12.02?

I am trying to use the Virtual User Generator for the first time.  I want to record a script for SAP transactions.  Unfortuntely, the online help information of the SAP protocol seems to be missing, the only information provided is about SAP parameters to set and using modal windows for F1 and F4 (see attached screen shot).  There are no instructions about how to record scripts, and the details about how to add additional transactions to a script, etc.,etc..    What seems like the obvious waysto do these things do not seem to work correctly, so I was looking for additional documenation specifically on using the SAP GUI protocol

Re: Missing online Help information in version 12.02?

Hi,

In general SAPGUI protocol uses the same transaction and logging mechanism available for the whole LoadRunner.

I have found some helpful tips about creating SAPGUI script with LoadRunner:

1) http://easyloadrunner.blogspot.com/2013/06/sap-gui-protocol-in-loadrunner.html - a very good walkthrough

2) http://www.wilsonmar.com/sap_gui_emulation.htm - good SAPGUI script explanation from Wilson Mar

3) http://www.slideshare.net/rshanbhag/sap-loadrunner-from-hp - another good SAPGUI slideshow

Re: Missing online Help information in version 12.02?

Thanks, I have already seen some of these, but what I need is the actual instructions for using LR 12.02 to perform recording/updating of test scripts, in other words, where to click and what buttons to push to accomplish recording and then modifying a script.  I tried what think is the obvious, but do not get the expected results.
