Hi,

I want to monitor the following systems in the environment

• NNMi

• UCMDB/UD + Probe

• OO (Operations Orchestration)

Please provide valuable information on how we can achieve this.

Thank you

Re: Monitoring HP Tools

Hello,

Usually each application has its' unique tips and tricks about how it can be measured. I suggest posting a separate message in each one of the forums of the products in question to get their tips.

The generic reply would be to use SiteScope in order to measure important processes of each (memory, cpu, I/O, JVM), monitor the application server and possibly look for interestng JMX that can help and finally monitor the database.

There is an old book. but still good,in my opinion, for monitoring that we have published in the past. I suggest going over it.
