Pass Current Timestamp inside the XML

 How to pass current time in milliseconds inside the XML? I have a variable xyz which has the XML, in which inside that, I need to pass the current time in milliseconds.

 You can you use 

lr_save_timestamp() to save local timestamp in milliseconds into a parameter, and use 

lr_xml_set_values() to set values of xml elements found by a query
