Pivotal CRM (Apten Product) can be tested with Performance Center

I am trying to create scripts for a CRM application. Can you please advice which protocol ( 12.02 Version) support this product.

Hi Mira,

As far I understood it is thick client .NET based application. I suggest trying .NET protocol or Web HTTP in order to record the traffic.

Generally speaking LoadRunner protocols are not designed to suppprt specific application. They are designed to support technologies. I suggest giving a try and contacting HPE support in case you need help
