Problems with License at executing LR Controller (V12)

Hello,

I´m getting some problems executing LR Controller.

Downloaded the product (CE) yesterday and while VU Generator and Analysis are fine, Controller warns me with a "No valid license" message popup (even executing as admin)

I´m looking for some guidance about this problem to proceed with the use of LR.

Thanking in advance anyone can help.

Greetings.

Ricardo.

edit: In my Lic. Manager I certainly, have not valid license installed. Not even a community license.

Did you use any other previous version of Loadrunner prior installing v12?

Any progress about this issue?

I just installed LR 12 Community Edition on Windows Server 2012 DataCenter. When I try to run LR Controller for the first time I get error of "There is no valid license. To renew your license(s), contact HP Software's Customer Support"

In the license utility I can see permanent community license for 50 Vus.

Any help would be appreciated.

Kind Regards

I also was confronted with the same issue this morning.  The dialog box that pops up when I attempt to run LR 12.02 CE Controller specifically says:  "There is no valid license" and "To renew your license(s), contact HP Software's Customer Support."

If anyone has discovered a 'fix' for this, please let us know... apparently this wasn't solved here on the board yet.

Thank you

Hello,

do you see this error message when you start running the scenario, or directly at opening the Controller?

which protocol are you trying to run?

Thank you,

Hi Lior... I get it when I am directly opening the Controller.  No particular protocol.

Thanks

Still chasing this problem.  Anyone else who might know why this occurs and how to get past it - your input is welcome!  Lior Avni... when you have time, if you know of a fix, I am interested... as in my previous post - it only happens when I open up the Controller.  Thanks!
