Re: Pop - up recognition in Ajax Tru Client Protocol

Hello,

There is no configuration for it in TruClient user interface. It *might be* possible to configure the browser not to prompt for the file but it requires a registry change See references here:

http://superuser.com/questions/246553/how-to-disable-file-download-popup-in-internet-explorer

Since TruClient IE uses a different registry branch then the regular IE browser it is better to involve HPE personnal in applying this change.

Hi,

in Ajax Trueclient(firefox) we are trying to record an Excel Upload action, it seems to have recorded and event for the Excel upload( as a 'filebox') and the replay is sucessful in the Vugen ; but when we replay in the HPPC we get a error. how to handle this ? is there any additonal settings which need to be implemented ?

Hi Reachsel

Upload file is not related to this topic. I suggest opening a new post.

Please make sure the file you are trying to upload is available on the Load Generator. Also share the error message you get.
