Response Times are hugely different when running in TruClient VuGen and in PC - Micro Focus Community

Hi folks,

I'm using Truclient protocol. Both Vugen and PC are version 12.62.

I've noticed that response times when running in PC and running in VuGen can be hugely different. Running in PC seems a lot faster(often too fast to be true), while the response time when running in VuGen seems more realistic.

Anybody had the same observation? Could you please shed some light on this?

How hugely the differences are?

Please be aware, it also depends on your VuGen and PC host's network environment. e.g. Using VuGen from locally and PC host as cloudburst can be different.

A transaction runs 150 seconds in VuGen (single user apparently), but 90 seconds in PC with 10 concurrent users.
BTW I'm using Chrome.

Some more thoughts.

In addition to the Lab network environment difference between VuGen and PC host, different RTS settings may also cause this difference, please check all the timing related RTS setting under "Runtime Settings -> Replay".
