Re: Hi

Hi

What happens when you press on the "proceed to ..." ?

also, before upgrading your bbhook.dll (which personally, I don't reccomend doing) - have you tried this on 12.53 patch4 (the most updated version of LoadRunner currently)?

Have you tried with IE?

Thanks,

Lior

Re: Hi

Hi Lior,

I tried to record the script before upgrading to bbhook.dll.

Getting an error "This site can't be reached".

Customer has the license for 12.02 vesrion only.

Please let me know, if you find any solution for that?. Thanks in advance!

Re: Hi

Hi Sudhakar,

can you reach the site from Chrome independantly, and not through Vugen?

I mean from the vugen machine, but not initiated through a recording process?

Thanks,

Lior

Re: Hi

Hi Lior,

Manually, I am able to check the functionality of the scenario through Chrome.

The issue is with VuGen. Not able to record the script through VuGen. Thanks.

Re: Hi

Hi Sudhakar,

This may be a compatibility issue between Vugen and the new Chrome version (58).

If you must use Chrome, I suggest you downgrade it to a previous version as 12.02 may not support that version of Chrome.

Sorry I cant offer more help here.

Thanks,

Lior
