The Vuser Script can't run this load generator platform

Hi

We controller12.50(user license more than 1000 vusers) is installed on windows 7 machine and we are trying to add LG's(load agent running on windows 10 machines) to this controller.
we are able to add the LG during scenario creation and able to establish the connection too.But we are unable to run as we are getting error" vuser script cannot run on this load generator platform"

We have Controller version as 12.50 and LG of same version but on different Windows.
As upgrading Controller installed machine from windows7 to windows 10 will take many approvals and long process in my organization. Can we a quick remedy/any patch available to run on windows 10 LoadGenerator.

Thanks In Advance

Re: The Vuser Script can't run this load generator platform

Hi,

Win 10 LG is not supported on LR 12.50.

If you have a support contract we can probably give you a fix for it to work if you open a support case.

Why not using the latest 12.60 release instead?

Re: The Vuser Script can't run this load generator platform

Hi Adrian

We have License file but we dont have SAID number .

Where can I see support contract information with  the installed HP Load Runner software.

Is it possible to to use the same license (which we purchased for  LR 12.5) to upgrade LR 12.5 to LR 12.6.

If so how can we upgrade, please guide us

Thanks,
