TruClient: "Step failed due to a network timeout" ...

Jump to solution

LR 12.5. I'm now seeing this error message frequently in a script that has been reliable for months. Any ideas?

Short of saying "Ok" and rerunning the script a few times, is there anything I can do?

Thanks,
Chris

Hello Chris,

Thank you for your post.

Regarding your concern, what I can suggest you is to change the General settings on the Replay tab from the Run time settings.

Where says Maximum time for object not found and step timeout.

Hope this helps.
