Truclient Abort Timed out error in BPM

Hi Team,

I have a truclient script replaying fine in Vugen. But when deployed in BPM it is not running and getting Aborted Timed out error after taking so much time.

Unable to view the output file in workspace folder as well

Vuge - 12.50

BPM - 9.26

BSM - 9.26

Kindly let me know what need to be done to fix this. Also how to view the output file for Truclient script.

Thanks,

Arunkumar.K

Re: Truclient Abort Timed out error in BPM

Hi,

A common issue in these cases is proxy settings difference between the scripting and monitoring machines.

Make sure the script Runtime Settings' proxy configuration allows accessing your application from the BPM server. Consider using "User system proxy settings" option, if relevant.

Re: Truclient Abort Timed out error in BPM

Hi Edo,

Thanks for the update.

Run time settings is "User system proxy settings" only. Also the application is accessible from the BPM location without proxy.

Even If I run the script from BPM console, I am getting a Blank page on the logs option.

Thanks,

Re: Truclient Abort Timed out error in BPM

What is the script failure reason?

What do the logs indicate?

Re: Truclient Abort Timed out error in BPM

Hi Edo,

The log file is not generated. So couldnt check anything about the issue.

I tried recording with Firefox browser, which worked fine via cmdline(mdrv.exe). But after deploying  in BPM it gives the below error in output file.
