Re: Truclient Firefox Error on Windows BPM

Hi,

Which browser is it configured to run with?

Which protocol is it?

Are you able to run the same script in VuGen on that machine?

Are you able to run the script on that machine using command line? try this command

<LG_HOME>\bin\mdrv.exe -usr <full_path_to_usr_file_of_your_script>

Regards,

Shlomi

Re: Truclient Firefox Error on Windows BPM

this turned out to be an internal desktop configuration issue, not an HP/truclient problem. the firefox folder within the loadgenerator installation folder had been mistakenly removed.

Re: Truclient Firefox Error on Windows BPM

Hi Shlomi,

I am beginner in trueclient scripting and facing same issue. Script runs fine in vugen(my desktop machine) but on BPM(whiche is a different machine) it failed to start saying "unable to loacate browser".

PFB comments for reference.

Which browser is it configured to run with?
-chrome(if we recorded a script in chromium then do we need chrome browser on BPM too?)

Which protocol is it?
-trueClient

Are you able to run the same script in VuGen on that machine?
-able to run on vugen(my desktop machine) but unable to start script in bpm(another machine where chrome isn't installed)

Are you able to run the script on that machine using command line? try this command
-will try and update.
