Truclient native mobile

Hi all,

I am facing an issue with the Truclient native mobile protocol, Request your help on the same. 

 

facing timeojut issue at the time of recording with all the setting perfectly alligned with the device and application.

when we are recording for any application the connectivty to the application happen but unable to capture any values in the loadrunner truclient and returns timeout error, please find the screenshot for your perusal. 

Note: perfectly done with installations moible center server setup, connecting device and loading the application even connection in the truclient genral setting is established.

Hi Venu,

 

To better understand the issue, could you please provide the following information:

1) Does the problem exist only during recording? If you try to replay an empty script, do you receive the same error?

2) Could you please raise TruClient log level to "Extended", open the browser console (Ctrl+Shift+J), copy the content and upload as a file?

3) If possible and your organization allows it could you please upload Mobile Center server logs?

Hi Jakov,

 

Thanks for your replay,

when i click on record it is shwoing like installing and starting application, after some time its throwing an error "Timeout while waiting the response from the server", please do find the screen shot of the same

when i replay " it is executing configuration flow"(server, device and app configuration).
