True client protol issue while uploading a 2 gb file

Hi HP team

 we are facing aproblem while loading a file in truclient protocol for uploading a 2 gb file. Manually it is taking 45 to 60 min and only trueclint is only protocol which supports the scenario. In devolop script it is replaying properly but in vugen replay its not working its failing all the time at different scenarios or places..

kindly give your suggestions to overcome this issue.

Hi,

If the script fails at different places why do you assume the problem is with the upload? 

Does it fail sporadically on the upload only?

How does the application behave during the upload? Is the script waiting for the upload to be finished or moving on to the next step?

P.S. the whole purpose of this community is to share solutions for the benefit of all customers/users. We do not interact with users via their email directly to resolve issues.

Hi we have tried both the cases and added wait object to complete the upload process and its failing even though.

But if we run the script in develop script mode, its some times passing but in vugen to run its failing all the time while uploading

the file, and in some parts of the script.

Hi,

The script fails not only in the upload part so it sounds like the script needs to be reviewed to better understand what's going on.  

Which version are you using? Is the application publicly accessible? Can you share ther script? If you can share the script please send me a private message in the community and we will take it from there.

Finally, please open a support ticket in parallel.
