Unable to record the Win32 application

Hi Team,

I'm using Loadrunner for recording .exe based Win32 application. When I recorded the Application(AUT) it's not recording any events in the loadrunner but the AUT.exe file is displaying the PID in the task manager.

I tried sample Win32 application with iexplorer.exe file ,but I could not  get any event recorded in the Loadrunner 11. Could please let me know, what would be the problem while recording the Win32 application.

PFA the snapshot for error in detail. I would appreciate if you respond at the earliest.

hi Lakshman,

Could you please provide techinical details about your project...

If your application is Java webstart based application , if any JNLP files used then please ask your developer to reduce the heap size to 128 instead of 256 or 512?

Hi Raghavendra,

Thanks for your response. My application is developed in .Net based application.the protocols ,we are using Ajax click and script and silverlight protocol.

I'm  recording the application using Winscock and ajax click scripting seperately with the Win32 application . It's not launching the application and not showing any error ( even the events are not recording in the loadrunner)  but the PID of the application is showing in the task Manager.

Could you please tell me the exact problem and how to identify the error.  Even,I tried in different machine which is having the LR  and pointing the same as above.
