VUGen_Run-time_Error(Extension NVReportExt.dll)

Hi Guys,

1. In Webservices using JMS ,  while i run the script am getting the following Exception

    

Error: Extension NVReportExt.dll is not loaded. System error: The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or
use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

Error: Thread Context: Call to service of the driver failed, reason - thread context wasn't initialized on this thread.

Warning: Extension NVReportExt.dll is not loaded.

 Please suggest me furhter..!!

Hello, 

Which LR version are you using? 

And from your post, just to confirm you're using webservice protocol and running in vugen, are you? 

The NVReportExt is an extension related to integration with HPE Network Virtualization Service, used to generate Network Virtualization Report during Vuser running.

If you do not want to use it, please try uncheck the option at "Tools->Options->Scripting->Replay->During Replay->Display NV Insight Report" from VuGen.

If you're intend to use it, suggest you to reinstall the LR product. There will be a step asking for install Network Virtualization at the last stage of the installation, make sure the NV product is correctly installed. It need a restart after the installation, after restart, make sure the “HPE Network Virtualization” service and NV Agent(run from start manual and has an icon at task bar notification area) is running correctly.
