VUGen not recording Citrix activity? ...
Using LR/PC 12.56. Trying to record a published Citrix app via multi-protocol. VUGen records me connecting to the URL and logging into Citrix, and launching the Citrix published app. But nothing more. Nothing else I do in the app is getting recorded in the VUGen.
But I had one of our system admins login with the service account they use, and when I controlled his screen, I was able to record Citrix!
The only difference I could think of was that the service account was an admin, and I was not. So I had them make me an admin, and still no luck.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance
