Re: Vugen office 365 script

Hi,

Can you please describe where it fails? Does it fail in VuGen or when you run it from Performance Center?

Thanks,

Shlomi

Re: Vugen office 365 script

Thanks for the extra information.

Clearly it is a configuration/permission related issue. Try to check if there are any differences in the Windows account that runs the BPM process between the malfunctioning machine and the functioning ones.

It might be that TruClient IE registry branch was not created in the malfunctioning machine or the user has no privileges to write to disk hence the browser fails to write cookies.

Which VuGen/TruClient version are you using?

Since it is not trivial troubleshooting this type of issues without deeper knowledge of TruClient IE I suggest raising a support ticket

Shlomi
