From https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms681382(v=vs.85).aspx the Windows error code=8 means "Not enough storage is available to process this command."
If you do not get this issue when run single vuser from VuGen but meet it when run multiple vusers from PC, then this is probably the cause.
You can try reduce the Vuser number; reduce the number of running programs; remove unwanted files from the disk the paging file is on and restart the system; check the paging file disk for an I/O error; or install additional memory on your LG.
