Hi siva,

I recorded using multiple protocols also. The result is also same  "protocol error".

Anything special to do if the protocol is RDP?

Thanks

Chandra

TC role is terminal service. (It's renamed to Remote Desktop Service in win 2012).

For your case, did you change the RDP settings at win2012 side? As well as I know, Win2012 did not enable some isolated autentication mode by default, which is required by RDP recording. The link below is for Windows 8 but win 2012 should be similar. Please check whether that option is checked.

Hey Guys,

I am trying to record using RDP in Loadrunner. Just to log in and log out using RDP. It launches RDP but gives this message "The remote computer requires Network Level Authentication, which your computer does not support."

I am using windows 7 in client side.

Not really sure if this means any change in system network of the remote machine. Does anyone has comeacross similar situation?
