"There is no valid license" error when executing LR Controller 12.55 CE after upgrade from 12.53

Hi.

I upgrade my LR 12.53 Community Edition to version 12.55.

I made a clean installation. After the installation, the when I run LR Controller 12.55, a dialog box pops up saying "There is no valid license" and "To renew your license(s), contact HP Software's Customer Support."

If anyone has information about this issue, please help.

Thank you very much.

Re: "There is no valid license" error when executing LR Controller 12.55 CE after upgrade

Hi,

There is a tool(LicenseInstallUtility.exe) under <LR_DIR>/bin folder, you can double click it to restore default licenses.

Isaac
