12.02 Vugen not able to Record

LoadRunner 12.02 VuGen.

 

When attempting to record on Windows Server Standard 2008 R2 SP2 I receive the following errors:

 

could not load api_inspector.dll

 then

vugn_record_api

then

cannot initialise the "multi" inspector

 

Is there a fix to this error?

How to load api_inspector. dll?

Using Community Edition is this causing the Multi protocol issue, I used Web & Citrix.

Hi Harpic,

 

We don't femiliar with this problem in VuGen 12.02 nor in other versions.

1. Kindly, make sure that you VuGen installation is not corrupted.

2. Contact us by HP support or by sending feedback (Help->Send Feedback) email that is handled directly by R&D group.

Are you using 32-bit or 64-bit OS version?
