HPE Loadrunner 12.55 - Analysis Results failed

Hi Guys

We are having trouble to Analysis the results on a Windows Server 2016.

Details of the setup on Windows Server 2016:

  • Full HPE loadrunner 12.55 is installed.
  • Run Controller as administrator
  • Injector is localhost

We are getting the following errors when we are trying to Analyze Results:

We have tried the following to resolve this:

  • Reinstall HPE Loadrunner
  • Change the results directory to C:\Temp
  • Trying to open Analysis as admin
  • Change the injector to a different server

None of the above worked. Not sure what to do , maybe upgrade to 12.60?

We also have a problem with opening up existing Analysis report that is not "Run as Administrator" and get the following error:

Failed to open session

Cannot update. Database or object is read-only

If its "Run as Administrator" then it will open up

We have a few Windows Servers 2012 R2, that do work. We are thinking that this has to do with maybe the access on the Windows Server 2016?

Regards

Tiaan
