Siebel script reply fails due to "Auto-correlation callback function" error

Hi,

Observing the sieble script fails due to below error at Array correlation function while replying:

Error: Auto-correlation callback function "flCorrelationCallbackParseWebPage" failed (rc=1) for parameter "Siebel_Parse_Web_Page144"

Note:

1. Carefully imported correlation libraries

2. Had a trial by placing the Convert parameter in the array correlation function

web_reg_save_param("Siebel_Parse_Web_Page144",
  "LB/IC=",
  "RB/IC=",
        "Convert=HTML_TO_TEXT",
  "Ord=1",
  "Search=Body",
  "RelFrameId=1",
  "AutoCorrelationFunction=flCorrelationCallbackParseWebPage",
  "AutoCorrelationDll=LrwiSiebelCorrelationWrapper",

3. Read some where in forms that, due to special characters in the response, we wil encounter this error.

Though, Can you please help with:

1. what exactly be the reason why we are observing this issue oftenly irrespective of LR , IE and Siebel versions.

2. Possible ways to overcome the issue.

Thanks in advance for all kind help providing.

Regards,

Kishore

Re: Siebel script reply fails due to "Auto-correlation callback function" error

Hi Kishore,

What is the version of LoadRunner?

In version 11.x, you might need hotfix for this issue.

In version 11.5x, please try to change option 'Convert from/to UTF-8' to Yes in Run-Time Setting, please refer the screenshot.

Kindly share the result.

Re: Siebel script reply fails due to "Auto-correlation callback function" error

Hi Chau,

Thanks for your reply.

As you suggested, Checked by changing the runtime setting option "Preferences -> Options -> Convert from/to UTF-8 = Yes". But still i'm seeing the same error

Action.c(681): Error -27086: Auto-correlation callback function "flCorrelationCallbackParseWebPage" failed

LR version: 11.52

Windows: 7

Siebel: 8X

Kindly suggest if any alternatives/hotfixes.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Kishore
