Testing Windows Media Player (MMS)

does anyone know how the exactly definition of "Stream Interrupt" and "Packet Quality" in Analysis of Media Player is?

When is a stream defined as interrupted?

Thanks and Greetings

Re: Testing Windows Media Player (MMS)

Hello Guy,

According to the Analysis guide:

Stream Interruptions refer to the number of interruptions encountered by media player client while playing a media clip. This measurement includes the number of times Media Player Client had to buffer incoming media data, and any errors that occurred during playback.

Stream Quality refers to the percentage ratio of packets received to total packets.

Hope this helps
