Hello,

How are you?

For this error could you try the following.

  • Reboot the system
  • Unzip the package using a different extraction program
  • Re-Download the Package

Also could you check if the error happens while trying to install any other program?

Let me know your comments.

Hello,

Please extract the loadrunner package into Temp folder of your system and then try to install extarcted package from temp folder. this should resolve the issue.

Thanks,

Hoe do you extract from the .exe file?  We are installing VUGEN 12.53.    We have tried unzipping to \temp and desktop.

Windows 10

While verifying integrity of package, it stops and says on room on drive c:\

We are down are to our last 300 GB.  Did we need more?

HELP!

Right click the Standalone installer executable and choose Extract option.
Then search for a file with msi extension and try running it.
