Privileged Account Manager 3.5 Administration
The Privileged Account Manager 3.5 Administration training course has been released. This course lets you control who has super-user access and when, and provides audit information and provable compliance on super-user activity. This version of the course discusses the latest features in 3.5 and provides hands-on lab exercises. It covers:

  • New consoles
  • Privileged account single sign-on
  • Application to application password management

  • Database monitoring updates

Micro Focus Education is pleased to announce the release of its newest course offering for Service Support Manager.  SSM 100 -- Service Support Manager Essentials helps business, and IT work together via a process-based approach to IT management. SSM100 is a self-paced course, which was developed using Micro Focus ART. This course features interactive software simulations with voice-over narration, closed-captioning, tracking of student progress, graded exam, and online resources including printable exercise scenarios and process app workflows. SSM100 will enable you to work with Incidents, Problems, and Change Requests, to configure and use CMS for Asset management, and to configure Service Request Center (SRC) for service fulfillment.

Micro Focus Education has produced four short video demonstrations of new features introduced in the latest version of Solutions Business Manager (SBM 11.5). SBM enables you to visually compose app processes through the drag-and-drop layout of workflow, forms, and orchestrations. More flexibility is offered through the unified work center for versatile collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
