NA01SP-L1-201905 - Network Automation 2019.05 Digital Learning for Operators

na01sp.jpgProvides an understanding of the key concepts in Network Automation (NA). You will discover and import new devices into the NA Inventory. After completing this course, you will gain competency in both the navigation and functionality of the NA application.

 

 

NA01SP-L2-201905 – Network Automation 2019.05 Digital Learning for Operators

You will learn how to use Tasks in NA to perform network configuration operations such as configure syslog, run diagnostics, perform port scan, and create Multi-Tasks to group tasks together. You will also learn to create new Change Plans and Change Scripts, and deploy Change Plans on network devices.

OO01SP-L1-201812 – Operations Orchestration 2018.12 Digital Learning for Authors

You will learn about the functional architecture of OO, and authoring and modifying flows.

CM300 – Content Manager 9.3 Installation Essentials

CM300.pngThis two-day, administrator-level course covers the installation of Content Manager. It discusses Content Manager Installation preparation, Content Manager installation, Enterprise Studio configuration, dataset restoration and upgrade, IDOL/ElasticSearch Indexing, Content Rendering, the Web Client, and additional Workgroup server configuration and maintenance. Software Version CM 9.3

 SM320 - Service Manager 9.x Administration

This five-day class is targeted at System Administrators who are responsible for the day-to-day management of the Service Manager application. The course focuses on the tasks required to deploy a new Service Manager system and the ongoing tasks required to keep the system running efficiently. The course is 50% lecture and 50% labs (hands-on labs and simulations). This course is designed for users who are experienced with Service Manager, or have taken one of the level 100 courses (Technical Configuration or Foundations for Process Owners).

SMAX300B – SMAX Technical Configuration for Service or Process Owners ILT (Bundled with Digital Learning)

SMAX320B – SMAX Administration for Suite Administrators ILT (Bundled with Digital Learning) 

Smax320B.pngThis course covers how a suite administrator will use Service Management Automation X (SMAX) to perform administrative tasks related to Service Management automation in the Suite Administration application. You are a suite administrator who wants to perform administration tasks for the Service Management Automation suite for setting up SMAX from configuring an email server to creating or importing a customer, account, user, license, license pools, and tenant.

ESM01-DL-70 ArcSight ESM Essentials – Course 1

This is course 1 in a series of 4. An introduction to the ArcSight ESM Topology, Event Schema, and Network Model.

ESM02-DL-70 ArcSight ESM Essentials – Course 2

This is course 2 in a series of 4. Through interactive demonstrations and simulations, learners will explore how to monitor security events, create filter and rules, and manage users and ESM resources.
