Having issue on connecting iphone to Mobile Center (with connector setup on a Windows Machine)

Mobile center connector setup is on a windows 7 machine.

Able to connect Android phone to Mobile center.

When i try to connect a iPhone device, agent ipa files are getting auto installed but iPhone is not getting connected to lab(Shows as disonnected)

On trying to launch the agent apps its crashes.

iTunes is preinstalled on windows.

Re: Having issue on connecting iphone to Mobile Center (with connector setup on a Windows Machine)

I have a few questions,

1. What Model iPhones?
2. What version of Mobile Center?
3. What version of iTunes?
4. Have the Agent Files been properly signed for these devices?

In my experiences, the versions are the biggest issue here.  It is also very important that the agent files have been properly signed to be used on the devices.  I currently have 40 iOS devices configured on and communicating with Mobile Center 3.0.  (We just upgraded recently from MC 2.7.)

Hi,

Did you resigned the Agents for iOS devices as it is required?

Please mail to mcfrd@microfocus.com and add the connector.log file from the MC Connector installation (log folder) - in the log, there should be a reason for not being able to connect iOS devices.
