Device Enrollment invalid credentials


We are just setting up a new Zenworks Mobile Management server.

We have set up a few test users.

We can log in as the test users in the ZenMobile Dashboard web page.

When we go to enroll a device using the test user login, we get an invalid credentials error. :confused:

We are using the ZMM authentication (no ActiveSync or LDAP).

Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

It appears that in the past few days you have not received a response to your

What you can see in System -> View Logs -> Zenworks Sync Log, when you try to authenticate?
