iOS 10 and GMS 14.2.1 Build 237

We are experiencing issues displaying inline HTML images once a device is upgraded to iOS 10. We are using GMS 14.2.1 Build 237 with GroupWise 2014 SP1. Testing on any device pre iOS 10 works perfectly, but as soon as they upgrade they begin to see emails with download links instead of the inline images, and the download links fail if selected. The links show up as "Tap to download part.002" with 0 bytes in size. Images show up perfectly fine in the desktop UI and webacc. Has anyone else seen this?

On older version of Mobility services and suspect that iOS 10 is not compatible with current version.

Version is 2.1.0 and Build: 230

Can someone confirm there is an upgrade needed for iPhone iOS 10 to work correctly with Mobility Service?
We are on Groupwise 2014. No rev

Thanks,
Linda

Re: iOS 10 and GMS 14.2.1 Build 237

Linda, to get the best compatibility with ios10 you will need to upgrade your Mobility server to the new 2014 version. (14.2.1 Build 237) However even at this level you will experience the inline HTML issues I mentioned in the original post.
