Ability to use enhanced custom fields in change plans and policies

Ability to use enhanced custom fields in change plans and policies

Customer is requesting for the ability to possible to use Enhanced Custom Fields (not just custom fields) inside change-plans and/or policies. The ability to use ordinal custom fields is in product. What about enhanced custom fields? Just because the quantity of ordinal custom fields is not enough to build a more or less complex config.

They have around 20-40 custom fields, which completely describe required device configuration, and they want to check the device current
 configuration against  reference config based on custom data attached to device.
