Ability to use user defined variables in Diagnostics

Currently in Diagnostics, variables and pull variables button does not exist as it does in Command Scripts and Change Plans.

This is needed so that we can control the behavior of diagnostics to fail if errors are found and, if variable is set to ‘yes’ and errors are found, it can still pass so we are left with a ERROR_LIST in a successful diagnostic so that the diff functionality is available. We want to be able to run the same diagnostic on hundreds of devices and use the Failed Diagnostics to see where issues are and use the Successful diagnostic to compare differences.

This is an ask for pull-down menu with diagnostic variables and pull-variables.
