Device Enhancement Request for F5 Big IP Model

Hi Support

We have HP NNMi 10.10 patch 4. We want NNMi detect the Chassis Serial Number of F5 Big IP Model.

Sample of snmpwalk using specific OID for SysGeneralChassisSerialNum :

 

snmpwalk -v2c -c a133spy 53.90.129.232 .1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.1.3.3.3.0

SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.3375.2.1.3.3.3.0 = STRING: "chs409001s"

 

HP NA could detect the serial number of F5 device, while NNMi still not able to do so.  Kindly help on it. Thank you.

Experience the same issue with the F5 Big-IP devices. NNMi does not populate that much information for the F5 Big-IP devices whilst NA does.  Evaluated from 10.30 to current NOM 2018.08 (10.70) release.
