Enhance Custom Poller to support instance suffix larger than 255 characters

Currently the custom poller engine rejects any OID suffix having a length greater than 255 characters. This seems to be hardcoded limitation, that prevents polling of some large private vendor OIDs.

One example could be given for below OID from BIG-IP

.1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.2.5.6.2.1.4

Sometimes, its suffix can reach huge number, and below exception is reported while custom poll instance discovery is running:

2020-05-13 19:23:35.980 WARNING [com.hp.ov.nms.custompoller.instancediscovery.CustomInstanceHandler] (Thread-194) Skipping suffix .33.47.79.67.67.45.86.68.73.95.80.82.84.47.79.67.67.45.80.45.86.83.76.66.78.45.73.68.83.95.80.79.79.76.44.47.79.67.67.45.86.68.73.95.80.82.84.47.111.99.99.45.112.49.97.112.108.45.105.99.46.105.110.116.46.103.97.122.112.114.111.109.98.97.110.107.46.114.117.8553 as it is greater then MIB_SUFFIX_SIZE 255

In continuation of our conversation with NNMi CPE team, i am submitting this in order to be picked up for development.
