Enhance documentation on discovering Cisco ACI environment

NNM 2019.11

We see there is limited input in NNM admin guide on how to discover Cisco ACI environment.

From the documentation it is not clear on below points,

1.        In specific node settings whether to specify Cisco Rest User details or SNMP based access
2.       What rights needs to be provided for Cisco REST User at APIC level
3.       No information in documentation what will be discovered in Cisco ACI environment
4.       No sample screenshots in documentation
5.       What details APIC certificate should contain.

It's something that dont' need vote to my mind, they sell the product with this as a feature.

We struggle for months to make it almost works (discover APIC and SPINE but not LEAF), and this even with all support level.   It's a guessing game, not fun one.  As an example they miss to add the requirement to configure the "APIC hostname" the same as the "DNS name" with the long domain name (not common for network admin) and use the CN in the certificates, not the SAN from certificate.

Anyway please redo the documention, add print screen
