Enhancement to provide insight into how device's status is being calculated, ideally this would be provided in the form of a link when clicking on the non normal status indicator.

Scenario
We have encountered issues and opened cases with Micro Focus where we have found in our environment with NNM (Version 2019.05) where a device is in a non normal state and there are no incidents that have driven the non normal state. It takes quite a bit of effort to uncover why the non normal state had occurred.

If clicking on the non normal status yielded a summary of how NNM calculated the non normal status this would yield allow a platform owner to quickly troubleshoot their device and return it to a normal state.

Workaround
Open cases with Micro Focus or ignore the state in NNM.

Unacceptable
Platform owners are unable to determine why their devices are in minor\warning status as there are no active incidents for the device.

Required
Click on the status of the device (e.g. Critical\Major\Minor\Warning) and provide insight into how this status was calculated, sometimes this status is calculated by an incident, sometimes this status is calculated by a non incident event.
