Include associated group in import/export policies task

As import/export of policies do not include their associated group, it means that an import cannot be automated and has to rely on manual update for each and every policy updated.

We need the export to include the group name and definition (list of primary ip for a static group or filter detail for dynamic group) and we need import to have the option to overwrite a group or not if a group already exists.

Agree, the tool needs a lot of work for exporting and importing on a new system.

Especially when upgrades require a new database that has no migration path.

Allowing customers to build parallel environments when servers need to be replaced would be very handy and allow for building a pristine environment.
