Licensing for the NNMI portion of NOM is still a nightmare as none of the entitlements a company has been rolled up into a single pool of available or deployed. Its still a search through your companies purchase history to round up all of the SKU's . This is very painful and makes self-migration of licenses from a server to server an exercise in futility.  Thank goodness there's the licensing center, because I have to contact them every time as the schemas for entitlements have changed so drastically over the past 6 years.

I have EXACTLY the same experience. The user-friendliness of licensing portal is extremely low and trying to manage multitenant licenses is just a nightmare.
