I was surpised that the monitor of backplane was not working on my ISR 4321.
I did some research, and it's quite easy to have it working :
(100 * (ceqfpThroughputAvgRate / ceqfpThroughputLicensedBW))
Here I'm considering real uage against License (not Physical limit).
I can't have this collect working as objects are Counter64 and used as Unsigned64 (no delta to be done).
I think those objects are the same for most ISR/ASR models.
Some exemple values for this expression:
ceqfpThroughputAvgRate / .220.127.116.11.18.104.22.168.722.214.171.124.1.5.9001 = Counter64: 1294715
ceqfpThroughputLicensedBW / .126.96.36.199.188.8.131.52.7184.108.40.206.1.1.9001 = Counter64: 50000000
=> 2,58943% of usage expected

Finally, I'm using ceqfpThroughputLevel for now to manage my device (1:OK else NOK), as I can't work with Couters That are Unsigned in Custom Collects ... ;-/
