More flexibility during installation of NPS, related to user and password

Problem description:

NPS Installation on Windows 2016 server NPS version 2018.05
We uses strong password complexity rules with a minimum password length of 15 characters
NPS installation procedure fails during installation of Informix component due to the password complexity rules.

Logfiles show the following issue: The installation script tries to create an Windows OS User account for a User “Informix” with the default installation password (likely “0p3nV13w#123”) and fails with a Windows OS error stating that the password does not meet the complexity requirements.

Requested Solution:
We need an option to change the user account name and we need an option to use group managed service accounts or an option to provide a user selected password for the infomix user account (as this will be created at the OS level) before starting the NPS installation procedure.
