Provide CLI to replay (active) NNMi incidents via Northbound Interface. This will allow recreating of missing tickets in ServiceNow or Service Manager. This is helpful in case the ticket has been by mistake closed by an agent or not delivered to the upstream ticketing tool at all.
It often happens that an agent closes a ticket without correctly fixing the underlying issue on the network device. While NNMi sees the issue it will never regenerate the incident and sent it via Northbound Interface again.
