Need a document which shows the management events added on each version

There is a need of a product document which could show the list of management events added on each of the versions available. This way customers upgrading to newer versions could check quickly the document to know those management events added on each of the upgrade steps.

This could be very useful for those customers with integrations, as NNM-OMi, which need to configure the new events appropiately.

Something similar is provided on each of the Device Driver Pack, in Consolidated_List_of_CRs_DCPS.pdf,  which shows the list of QCCR included on each DDP version and on which specific version were added for first time.  NNMi could provide the a similar document including all the management events available and on which version they were added.

Why can't this be documented for versions yet released? This events are documented in the release notes when a new version is released, aren't they? There are not many new events from 10.x, to actual version so this shouldn't be so hard to review.
