nnmmanagementmode.ovpl should support more object types

I have a situation whereby I have a lot of HP/Aruba 2xxx series switches being onboarded to NNMi over an extended period of time.

There is an issue with the SNMP agent on these devices which causes NNMi to immediately decide that Card 13 within the device is in an undetermined state. This in turn causes the node to go to the warning state due to "ChassisDegradedInNode"

The only workaround I have found for this is to find Card 13 for each device under Inventory>Cards, and manually unmanage it.

It would be nice if this could be automated using nnmmanagementmode.ovpl, but currently you can only unmanage Nodes and Interfaces using this method, not cards.
