HPNA Upgrade - How long should a typical upgrade take?

We are upgrading on a brand new linux server, we were advised to load our current version on that server.  This took about 5 hours?  This seems extremly long?  Then we will upgrade to 10.0 and then upgrade to 10.20.

What has been everyones experience on upgardes - should it take several hours or is based on the number of devices you have in your database that can impact the upgrade time.   This is very frustrating.   Thanks for any tips!

You posted in the wrong Community sub-section (Networking > Switching and Routing > Legacy), IMHO you should have posted into Software > Products > Network Management Solutions here...exactly as you already did with one of your previous posted questions about HPNA (here).

What exactly did you do this to take 5 hours? Copy the DB or just install the 9.x app to the existing DB?

9.x --> 10.0 could take anywhere between 15 minutes to few hours depending on how big the 9.x DB is.

10.00 --> 10.20 takes 5-15 minutes.

Hope that helps,
