How to troubleshoot "Problem accessing device" warning in NA

Hi,

 

Recently I have added few devices in NA v9.1 and NA says "Problem accessing device" whenevr I try to run diagnostics or snapshot.

 

Please let me know the steps I should follow to troubleshoot this kind of frequently occouring problem.

Hi,

 

First thing enable session log for the failing task to better identify what happens at device access.

Test if you can manually connect from NA OS to device.
