HpNa V10.20 Gtw and Satellite authentication failure

Hello

I'm facing authentication failure while the Core Gtw try to open secure channel with satellite during negociation :

Hi @yvpa2,

is this an Horizontal Scalability setup? the message states that that is a core that is not trusted.

you might want to setup redundancy on your satellite mesh:

I was wondering when is this happening to you? when you kept the  gateways and just want to deploy the agent ? Or are you re-installing the gateway software?


These are those types of problems that we must review whole logs and evaluate all process In order to get all the details.
